The Aurora Music Teachers Association (“AMTA”) respects the privacy of its members and visitors to its website. The following Privacy Policy explains how AMTA collects, uses, and safeguards your information.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
As the AMTA, its membership, products and services change from time-to-time, this Privacy Policy is expected to change as well. AMTA reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. The date of the last revision to the Privacy Policy will be indicated by the “Last Updated” date at the end of this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION COLLECTION
Visitors to AMTA’s website are anonymous. Personal information, such as your email address is not collected, and your IP address (computer Internet address) is not traced.

INFORMATION USE
AMTA sends occasional e-mails to members about the association, news, and events. Contact us at [email protected] if you wish to discontinue receiving emails.

AMTA’s online member directory includes those who have completed the online Directory OPT-IN form. You decide what information you do or don’t want to share publicly.

Members who prefer a printable PDF form can download it Here. You may at any time request
changes in your directory information, or request to be removed from the directory by contacting [email protected].

CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT INFORMATION
AMTA does not disclose credit card information provided to it by members or visitors. Credit card
account information is used only for obtaining payment for goods or services provided. Information
is submitted to the appropriate clearinghouse, and not disclosed in any other way.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The AMTA website includes links to other websites, such as our state and national affiliates, resources we deemed to be helpful, and our members’ personal websites. Because AMTA has no control over and is not responsible for the privacy policies or contents
of those websites, AMTA encourages you to review the privacy and other policies of those websites.

PRIVACY POLICY UPDATES
AMTA has tried to create a privacy policy that is comprehensive, readable, and thorough. Despite
our best efforts, we may find it necessary to revise it. Any changes maybe made without prior
