Students are invited to sign up for this special event, which will feature – but not require – popular music in any style. This is a FREE event! There is no charge for participants or guests, so bring your friends and family to enjoy a night of wonderful performances in a cozy atmosphere.

By submitting an entry to this recital program I am agreeing to the following:
1) I grant permission to the Aurora Music Teachers Association (AMTA), on behalf of the child/entrant, for the use of photos and/or videos taken during this event for the Association’s publications, website, Facebook page, and/or YouTube channel for the purpose of educational announcement.
2) I also grant permission to print the name of the child/entrant on the AMTA’s publications, website, and the first name with last name initial only on the AMTA’s Facebook page and YouTube channel for the purpose of educational announcement.
3) I agree to indemnify, release or hold harmless the above association, its agents or representatives, from any claims or causes of action arising or related in any respect to the event or the child’s/entrant’s participation in this event.
